Terms
Sakend builds a page for the things you are selling. It is not a marketplace and it never stands between you and your buyer.
What Sakend is not
- There are no payments, no escrow, no delivery and no dispute handling. Money and goods move directly between you and your buyer, on whatever channel you chose.
- You are the seller. You are responsible for what you list, what you say about it, and for meeting whoever comes to collect it.
- Sakend does not verify buyers, sellers, items or prices.
Using it
- One active sale at a time per account. End the current one to start the next; the old web address is not reissued.
- Once a sale is published its web address cannot be changed, because the link is already in other people’s conversations.
- Keep to the prohibited items rules. Content that breaks them is removed and the page starts answering 410 immediately.
- Accounts may be disabled, which stops sign-in, or banned, which additionally removes every page they own. Both can be appealed on the support page.
No warranty, and it may change
Sakend is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability. Features may change and the service may end. If it ends, you will be able to export nothing more than what the app already shows you — so keep your own copy of anything that matters.
